This day 31st December 2011 is a very special day to me, 3 combine celebration. I am Celebrating New Year and my Birthday Party + my cousin sister wedding at Pavillion KL.

I would like to share my 2012 New Make-up Look:
(Always focus on bigger Eye technique - Longer shape)

Step 1 - The eye make up is always the most important part, I had choose to use golden yellow as eye-base and highlight with golden yellow too. Then draw a big V-shape about 1cm from your eye.

Step 2 - Using shimmer light purple colour blend in the inner eye, try to blend the V-shape look more soft.

Step 3 - Using Orange Red colour tip in the middle between the light purple and your black V-shape, and add in glitter to look more glamour.

Step 4 - Draw thicker Eyeliner and fix in the eyelashes.

Completed.... Hope you all like it

Is Summer time in Paris. Lovely weather and lovely mood.

It took me 16hours to fly from Malaysia to Paris, that is really tiring. Just sharing my experience to all ladies, when you on long journey flight your skin will be very terrible. Prevent the skin getting worst I always apply mask one night before depart.

I got a present from my colleague and this product is fly directly from Korea. Ciracle Jeju Volcanic Clay Mask. It is really good for tightening and cleansing your pores, beside this also can prevent blemishes.

Easy to apply and also easy to wash off too, i love this product so much and is made in Korea.

I meet some one I love.......

I love myself so much after wearing this Lancome First 12-hour lasting, brightening foundation. Normally, I need to touch up my make-up by afternoon, now... I totally agree with the light texture, strong coverage and long lasting that make me look great the whole day long.

Before & After using Lancome, Maqui Miracle, I am really amaze by this small bottle thingy as the coverage is strong and with light texture, I did apply some loss powder just to fix it a little.

Is a day time working class look..... Light Grey with dark green at the end to make my eye look bigger.

June - Month of Blue

I in BLUE Mood this month...

I work at the city of Mid Valley, the shopping heaven that everyone love to go but I never went shopping at all. Normally i just hunt for food in the mall and back to work everyday. I feel so not like me, and last Thursday night I just walk pass by Robinson at Garden after work, saw a big board saying that "70% Discount" that catch my eye. Finally got myself the lovely blue bag that only cost me RM79 with good quality.

The next day, I having lunch with friends at Chilli, they told me that Vincci is having member's day, everything 20% off, so with no 2nd though i just walk in and grab myself a nice pair of blue flat shoes. I have too much high-heel, I think i should wear more flat shoes as a lot people complaint that I am too tall.

I did not plan it to have them in pair... but just incident that they are look so matching. I love it, as this will be my June Blue Mood Month. Really like all the discount items.... that is why I am running a discount business.

LRT - Malaysia

Well is a good experience taking LRT in Malaysia. To be honest, this is my first time take LRT as the traffic is really killing me on that day. I have to meet customer sharp at 9am, get out from my house at Subang around 7am but i really stuck for 1 and half hour, by no choice i turn back to Bagsar and take LRT to Dang Wangi only take me 15minutes, if driving it will take an hour.

Is really a good experience and can see nice view too...

If you can read Chinese sure u will get attraction from this..... funny name it just translate from a English name "Nelson Tan" but in Mandarin is mean "bird lay egg". When i step into the restaurant, it look so local Japanese feel restaurant, although the size is not as huge as Jogoya or Tenji, but the variety of food they serving are many.

Yesterday, I had received a letter from Leeds University, UK. I had been invited to a reception in Kuala Lumpur for Leeds Alumni. Really miss the time during the study at Leeds, ooh dear school mate do u still remember how Leeds university look like? I did went back to visit Leeds University last December 2010.

The journey from Scotland, Stirling to Leeds was really tired, because on that day having heavy snow, a lot train had cancel, I might stuck at middle journey, but I still insist to take the risk.

Look out from the train, I feel excited because I never see the real snow scene before, then I told a passenger who sat beside, "I really enjoy the scene, very beautiful" then she replied me say "I hope you can still feel the same for the rest of the day".

After viewing for 4 hours i feel bored already.... nap nap

Precious Old China @ Central Market

I really cannot believe myself, even I am Malaysian who stay in KL & Selangor for more then 25 years but I never been to Central Market, KL.

When I stepping in, I feel like I am shopping at Bangkok. I found one very authentic restaurant in central market name Precious Old China. Wondering what food they serve?

Sitting in, make me feel really cozy and really can't wait to see what good food i can eat here. A charming and bubbly person in charge (Mr. Rayment Tee) had recommend me a few dishes that I must try. Precious Old China serves predominantly Nyonya (Straits Chinese) food.

Curry Fish Head, the taste is not spicy and if you are curry lover, you should love this as this is full of creamy coconut taste yet that is a flavour you never tell, finally i found out from Mr. Rayment, they added the secret ingredient "salty fish" in it too.

This is one of my favourite dish - Kerabu Pucuk Paku. I cannot believe them this is much nicer then some traditional Malay cusine. Spicy + Sour just so nice to be starter.

I cannot stop compliment the food here, this their special friend chicken with lemon grass, you not eating the chicken in this dish, what i had told by Mr. Reyment, the lemon grass is eatable too. Crispy and the lemon essence is just so match with the chicken.

Chinese....of course RICE is still our Main stapple food, but i had order coconut blue rice instead white rice. This had made the whole satisfaction for my lunch with Precious Old China.

The women behind this home, i can see from their face they are really doing it from bottom of their heart. They love all the children, and the children also love them very much.

Chinese New Year is just at the corner... Tammy the lovely Head of organize this had bring them a lot a lot new cloth.I also manage to bring some cloth of the teenage boy and girl. They are not brand new but hardly wear more then 2 or 3 times. I really admire someone mum claim her self is one of the mystery lady had making 13 dresses for the girls to wear on 29/1/11 (fitting) for CNY!

After everyone had change their new cloth on.. we heading to KFC for February Birthday Party.

AFTER, the eyes look better

Now, apply foundation, draw eyebrow as normal step. Next is the Eye-shadow.

After eye-shadow, apply the under liner by black shadow

Last apply eyeliner and Mascara.

I not only a beauty blogger but I also a travel lover, no matter travel for holiday, travel for business I always enjoy it. After my Birthday on 31st Dec we going to say good bye to Year 2010, after a month travel to UK it had been giving me a lot of good memories.

Time flies, the memories back to year 2002 is my first ever travel as a back packer for a month at Europe. If you ask me where is the unforgettable Europe country .. Mm.. I will say the trip to Greece, but of course every country have its own beauty, anyway i just manage to visit 6 countries in a month. I stay in Leeds UK so we start from UK London to French Paris then German Frankfurt and Munich then move on to Austria and then to Switzerland Lucern via Zurich, then to Italy Vernice via Milan, Florence, Rome and taking boat trip to Greece Athens, Santorini, Mykonos, then last fly back to Leeds UK.

Another good memories in year 2003. I manage to save more money to buy myself another 1 month holiday to Egypt and Spain. I will share my experience once i done collecting all my memories.

Is a good sunny day on 22nd Sep 2010. I ride up the buggie and enjoy the good holiday mood. In fact, I am there for a job. That is another reason I love my job as a Face painter (The Best Face Painter in Malaysia...haha in future)

I had been hire to work on the Sime Darby Ladies Professional Golfers Association (LPGA) golf championship.

I been told to draw Malaysia Flag on 3 winners face only, but you know girls love beautiful things, all players can't insist the offer to do face painting on their face too.

The LPGA Malaysia, which will be played at the East Course of the KLGCC, will feature the top 50 LPGA members from the official money list, including the world’s top five players on the Rolex Women’s World Golf Rankings – Ai Miyazato (world No. 1), Cristie Kerr (No. 2), Shin Jiyai (No. 3), Yani Tseng (No. 4) and Norwegian Suzann Pettersen (No. 5) – and Michelle Wie (No. 7).

Two teenagers from Sabah, Diana Tham and Aretha Pan have qualified to compete in the inaugural Sime Darby Ladies Professional Golfers Association (LPGA) golf championship in October.

May Shower Gel

I saw May fan page is giving out sample for review, I just try to submit my application and happy that i had been choosen to try out this New "White Radiance Shower Cream". Recieved the Shower gel on 23rd and a letter indicate us need to write an review before 27th September. Look like is a bit rushing for me to review it and not even can try it nicely.

This my first time to review shower cream and the 1st though for me since need to review with rush then i decide to test out the PH Level. For my very basic knowledge for face skin is good to use product with PH level 4.5- 5.5 but not very sure about the body skin.

The result tested the PH level is 8. What is this mean, good or not good? so I had search some information on web and found some explaination of what is Skin pH and the Acid Mantle.

"Skin pH" is a chemist's term meaning "Potential of Hydrogen" and is used to measure the degree of acidity or alkalinity in the outer layers of the skin. It is measured on a scale ranging from 0 to 14 where the center of the scale, at 7, is neutrality (neither acid nor alkaline). A reading below 7 indicates that the substance being measured is acidic and above 7 is alkaline.
The acid mantle, the combination of sebum (oil) and perspiration, on the skin's surface protects the skin and renders the skin less vulnerable to damage. It also protects from attack by environmental factors such as the sun and wind and leaves it less prone to dehydration. Normal skin pH is somewhat acidic and in the range of 4.2. to 5.6. It varies from one part of the body to another and, in general, the pH of a man's skin is lower (more acidic) than a woman's. The acid mantle inhibits the growth of foreign bacteria and fungi causing the skin to remain healthier and have fewer blemishes. Acne, allergies and other skin problems become more severe when the skin become more alkaline.
The pH system works in 10-fold multiples and each pH unit represents a 10-fold difference in alkalinity. For example, a soap with a pH of 10.5 has 10-times the alkalinity of a soap of pH 9.5. "Mild" soaps are often alkaline (pH 9.5-11), and remove the natural acid protection as well as extracting protective lipids (fats) from the skin. Irritated and eczematous skins tend to have a more alkaline pH, and washing with soap can increase this alkaline state and make the skin even more vulnerable to irritation and infection.

As a make-up artist , I always need to do heavy make-up. A proper cleaning process is really important. Glad that onlybeauty.com is giving me a fews item to try, and I personally like the mask, although is not the most good quality bio-mask but the effect is really very similar and the price is so much cheaper.

Frist step: Cleansing Oil, is better to use with cotton to remove the eyes an lips area frist, then pour some gentle massage the whole face to remove the make-up.

Step 2: Using water to dilute the cleansing oil into Milk, then raise off with water.

Step 3: Cleasing Cream, it is better we do double cleansing after heavy make-up, so I use Amino Acid Cleansing Cream to clean up the face wouldn't fee oil or sticky.

Step 4: Applying toner to balance the PH level, then you can go ahead for apply mask. My suggestion is 2 -3 times a week.

The Result is very obvious fair, but after the next day the skin would not as fair as after applying the mask.

Wash and Color Your Hair at the same time (Part 2)

This had been out in the market at selected Watson in Klang Valley Area only...

Maybe 1 have thick hair so I need to pump 6 to 7 times of the above amout to create bubble. I use to wash hair with alot bubble, so if not this will make me feel like eating chicken rice without chicken.

See the lower part is where I did dye my hair before so the color is look more obvious, but the top part of my new growth hair, did not see much color on it.

I wash it like normal hair shampoo, I even did not leave it for long, just 2 minutes then I had wash it off and follow by conditioner.

After the 3rd wash

I can see even my top part also have color now....

Do really like this shampoo as you Wash and Color Your Hair at the same time, it had save me alot of time sitting in the salon. The only con part is...it make my hair very dry even I already "Rajin Rajin" apply conditioner. Anyhow I am already planing to have a hair cut soon.

I know Hari Raya not suppose to be always GREEN, but I can't stop myself applying GREEN as I love this green so much.

Colour that i use for this look F2001, F5007, F3001 and F3011

Step 1: using the White colour (F2001) to highlight your eyebrow bone area.

Step 2: Using the Green colour (F5007) to colour the whole eyelid

Step 3 : Using the Yelow colour (F3001) to apply infront the eyelid (yellow match with dark green will become light green)

Step 4: Using the dark black green (F3011) to create a V-shape at the end of the eyelid

Then follow by eyeliner, mascara, drawing eyebrow etc...

P/S: Sorry I did not wear fake lashes and I have short lash, so you would not see eye liner from far, if your lash is long enough then just use mascara will do, if not I will always strongly advise to wear fake lashes to make it more perfect.

29th August 2010, went to work at Indah Parade Seri Petaling for the Wedding Gown Show. All these wedding gown are tailor made and the price is suprising not expensive, evening dress is range from RM300+ onward, Wedding gown is from RM800+ onward.

I am so busy at the back stage, I let my hubby help me to shoot it, but his hand shake, therefore the quality of the picture came out blur.

I personally love this fish tail dress but this is not suitable for women who have big butt like me, then we need to choose A-line cutting instead.

If you are too shy to wear tube gown, they always have something more conservative.

Something short and cute, very suitable for ROM day.

I personally do really have very dark skin tone, one of the reason is I rarely apply sunscreen and I just came back from Beijing (China), always explore under the sun, this make me look more dark. When I knew that I had been invited to try on this AVĖNE NEW SENSITIVE WHITE range, I am so happy.

Please look at the picture on the LEFT, my forehead is dark, my cheek is little pink, and with serious dark circle (I know), overall I have uneven skin tone. After trying this for 7 days, please see picture on the RIGHT, yes i can see changes, but of course, this is not miricle just in 7 days, but at least I can see different , the forehead still a little darker tone, but overall I see that if I continue using it achieve "snow white skin" is not far away. I definately will continue using this.

Step 1: Applying Whitening Lotion

We all known as toner, when the 1st day I use this without cotton, I feel very sticky when applying, and some sharp feeling on it too. I remember it mention Alcohol FREE and Fragrance-free too. So decide to use cotton, that give me less sharp feeling but I still do not feel comfortable, so I ask one of my Beautician friend, she said normally if our skin start hydrating, when applying toner will give us this feeling. Maybe because i just came back from China and really need more Moisturizer.

Step 2: Whitening Essence (Serum)

In whitening range of product, Essence is very important, especially if people who have pigmentation, applying essence is a must. This is not mean if you do not have pigmentation you need not to use it. I personally do not have serious pigmentation problem, continue using this will prevent the pigmentation formation, hope nope in future too.

Step 3: Whitening Fluid

When i look at the word Fluid, my first perception should be smooth & flowing, but is rather thick and creammy. I am surfing the internet and found that the online pharmacy of Tan Tock Seng Hospital in Singapore is recommend Avene Whitening Fluid for people who want Anti-Pigmentation. I use 2 dose is already enough for applying on face & neck.

Step 4: Avene Very High Protection Emulsion 50+ SPF (Sunscreen / Sunblock)

The texture is sublime, sort of silky and it's totally wearable on no-make-up days. This sunscreen is suitable for oily skin due to the addition of pumpkin seed extract which regulates sebum secretion. if you are dry skin, the eessential falty acids will bump up the oil production of these oil producing glands. Since it is light, would always suggest to apply with moisturizer underneath,

The finish is fantastic - I wear this sunsreen wunder ZFC silky 2 way cake and my make-up stays put all day instead of turn into oily, and it offers fantastic sun protection.

As we all known Avene main ingredient in all the product range is "Themal Spring Water" (Aven Aqua), all skin types will love this 4 step finish. I personally like it, but i feel abit heavy after applying, but after a few minutes when everything absorp then will not have that sticky feeling anymore

P/S: Do not forget to apply on your neck too. You do not want to see 2 different colour between your face & neck

Today would like to share with you a fresh look color, I am wearing a blue dress, so i decided to use shimmer yellow, yellow green and dash with matte yellow and black to shade end of the eye. My favorite Crystal Shine Eyeshadow range for highlight and the inner corner of the eye.

Using matte color is to make our eye look more pop and the color is more standing.

Firstly I would like to thanks Rachel (Brand Manager) giving me a chance to participate in the morning session, if not i going to miss this workshop.

Maybe because I am not English educated so there is alot terms of Aroma that I do not understand.

While waiting the workshop start I snap down the door gift given by Jurlique, very very good.

The whole session of the workshop, I enjoy the most are Self expirence - blending the aroma oil by ourself.

And also have a chance to try Jurlique product immediately, having fun and too lazy to remove my eyelashes and shadow.

Everyone is getting ready to try on.... step by step guide by the beauty consultant.

The Rosewater balancing mist... I definately buy this as I need it for my trip at Beijing. I heard is 40 degree hot hot hot.

This MASK is so nice, the lemon smell, very very refreshing and have whitening effect too.

The eye gel and eye cream is also one of the best sell product.

I had done my last step, apply moisturizer....I really have dark skin tone, even after the mask most of the participants can see glow in their face but mine just so so only...of course now what u see is my skin without foundation.

This is the beautiful things that i ever have, meeting high-class entreprenuer at Sembang Sembang organise by Warisan Global Entrepreneurial Community & sponsor by USA Embassy.

This is my 2nd time joining this event, last month we having a topic about "Social Entreprenuer" and this month topic is about " First Class Service & Using Social Media"

The organiser had invited 4 fantastic panel to share their knowledge and ideas on how to make our business perfect and be first class service provider.

3 womens will make one "pasar malam" means night market, and imagine we have more then 30 womens around gathering at paparich bangsar Telawi 3. I definately enjoy the session, but a little dissapointed is I am sitting to far away from the speaker, and some of the participants are can't wait to sembang sembang and keep talking that make me feel a little annoying.

A few points or should say things that I had take back from this Sembang Sembang:-

Now a day is diffcult to build royal customer but building word of mouth to make people talk about your business is more important.
To have first class service in your company, most important assest is to hire the right employee who match the company core value, with positive mind set.
Make your staffs happy is equally important like make your customers happy.
Customer is not always right but they must have a point to made complaint, always apologies first if there is a complaint and must solve it right immediately.
Customers who complaint are,good customer because if you take their advice and made changes base on their comment your company eventually will turn into world class service company.
Social Media is not only a trend to follow, use it to build relationship with your customer, not for selling. Selling is only for short term, building relationship is for long term.

Beside this, we have food to be serve as well, I love the fish cake of paparich is delicious believe me. Crispy outside and juicy inside. Yummy!

Of course, do not forget to bring more name card to exchange as I had finished mine on the session. Unbelievable that there are so many new women entreprenuer in different industry, something impress me is a lady who focus on Green, and a lady who doing Nano techonolgy etc etc etc...(Sorry for not mention your name as I left my name card while writting this)

Setting up by the world class interior design director Mr. Josh Lee (founder of Asian roots), we serve the best nasi lemak in town, cocktail sausage, banana cake, curry puff and tropical punch for the refreshment....

First part - we start with the theory of colors. During the ice-breaking session, most of participants joining this make-up workshop is because they want to learn make-up and they want to be beautiful. Why they want to be beautiful? Because they feel that be beautiful can build confidents. These are the conclusion of thier comment.

2nd part - Make-up step demonstration, the eye-shadow color is chose by all participants. They need to choose a color that they hate or never dare to use. Conclusion we have Orange and Deep Red. So, I am always love challenges, to put on eye-shadow color that they "Hate The Most" on the Model.

The End of the demonstration, Model Cat Walking....nice turn, of course after using the shade, tone & tint color technique, they can see how i change the color they hate become color they like it.

Then everyone will start get their make-over done, artist is busy, photographer busy editing, participants is happy with the beautiful look.

ZFC Golden Orange + Sharp Blue Eyeshadow

I am using ZFC crsytal colour - Golden orange and Blue, you will suprise that asian eye when go along with the 2 complimentary colours, it still look pop yet not too heavy, this is also suit for everyday working look make-up

I personally love this colour combination, and the blusher use Pink blusher instead Orange blusher ans Pink will go well with blue colour and will create a fresh look.

I am welcome any opinion and comment, it is fine as we are growing in different lifestyle, different education backgroud, sharing is the best way for learning.

Orange + Green Eyeshadow

I always wanted to do video tutorial like alot of famous Self Video maker, but I really find hard time to film it although I already borrow a cam from my dad.

Anyhow, as I promise to you all, I will show some of the pic after my make-up.

This time I want to show you that not necessary have to wear dark tone color all the time, even for evening make-up. That is why I had choose to use Orange + Green , both colour go together is match together because they have the same "Yellow Colour" Element.

Of course how to make my eye look much more bigger, i had attached the lower fake lashes. You can draw thicker eyeliner if you want to have rounded eyes.

You can look much more better after the make-up, get your hair done and dress up.. sure you can look much more beautiful then I.

1st. ever Wedding Award Show in Malaysia. 15th. May 2010, Menara Hap Seng

I am working at the backstage, and 15th May is one of the biggest day in my life, that is my son (Austin Chia's 4 Years old Birthday) but I had choose to be with Gregs reward, the 1st ever wedding video award in Malaysia.

Poshies (Posh Image Enhancement Services) is one of the Sponsor for the event, we have a very important task too. Our task is to transform all the above ladies must look like "Datin" and look "Posh" because they are the work crew and the themed of this event is "The Red Carpet"
